Debra R. Clark-Weaver, a beloved Daughter, Sister, Mother, Nannie, and friend, entered into rest on December 23, 2024, at the age of 68, after a long courageous battle of sickness. She was surrounded by her daughter & son-n-law in her final moments.
Born on April 9, 1956, in Gauley Bridge, West Virginia, Debra spent her later years in Beckwith, West Virginia, where she cherished the company of her family and friends. She was the daughter of Dreama Harrah Clark Coleman and the late Thomas H. Clark.
Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas A. Clark, Sister Denise A. Clark-Bryant, and Daughter-in-law Ojetta Flower Fleming-Weaver.
Debra, affectionately known as "Deb," was a woman of many interests. An avid enthusiast of ancestry, Deb was captivated by her family history and often immersed herself in watching crafting and cooking YouTube videos. She had a special fondness for crime podcasts and television shows like CSI, which she enjoyed watching in her leisure time. Music was another passion, with Elvis being a favorite artist that always brought her joy. She thoroughly enjoyed and had a passion for Indians as well. Whenever she had the opportunity, she loved crafting and was always thinking of others. Deb was especially fond & proud of her granddaughters, Savannah, Brooklyn (lovingly referred to as Brookie Mae, her Angel), and Presley Zemonek, and she loved attending their sporting events and going on family trips with them to Pigeon Forge, TN. She thoroughly enjoyed going to concerts at Memories Theater in Pigeon Forge with them as well. She had a great love for her son-in law Wesley Zemonek as well, she spoke very highly of him often. Her Loving Daughter April Zemonek was her pride and joy and she loved her more than anything in the world. Her love for family extended beyond her immediate circle; she actively contributed to the genealogy of the Myers and Roush families, creating cherished picture albums for family reunions.
Debra is survived by her loving son, Jeremy Weaver, her devoted daughter, April Zemonek, and son-in-law, Wesley Zemonek. She also leaves behind her cherished granddaughters: Savannah, Brooklyn, and Presley Zemonek and Dela Weaver, along with her parents, Dreama Harrah Coleman and step-father "Dad" Carlos Colemen, brother Randy Clark and sister-in-law Becky Clark, Sister-in-law Lisa Clark, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and her special cousin, Myrna Pilato. She also had two other special people that she especially loved and care for like family, one of her drivers Shawn Lawson (who she thought of like a son) and his wife April Lawson and a very special caretaker who has become and will always be part of our family now Erin Bragg.
Deb’s selfless nature and thoughtfulness for others defined her character. She loved God and her family more than anything in the world, She will be remembered for her warm spirit, creative talents, and the love she shared with those around her. She leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories and a family that will forever carry her love in their hearts.
