Deborah Jean Riedinger, known affectionately as "Deb," passed away on December 31, 2024, in Louisville, KY, where she was born on July 14, 1957. She was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother, leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter.
Deborah dedicated her professional life to nurturing young minds as a Teacher’s Assistant at Mill Creek Elementary School, where her kindness and patience touched the lives of many students. Outside of her career, she cherished time spent at the lake house and enjoyed vacations with her beloved husband, Theodore “Teddy Joe” Riedinger.
A passionate spirit, Deborah loved nothing more than her “Harley Boy,” and she relished the joy of family gatherings, often declaring that her favorite place in the world was anywhere with her loved ones. Her love for classic rock music was evident in her frequent singing, and she had a delightful way of referring to everyday items as “do-dahs” or “thing-a-majigs.”
Deborah is survived by her daughter, Heather Fogle, and her cherished grandson, Elliott Waldridge. She will also be missed by her parents, Homer and Jewell Parker; her sisters, Sheila and Pammy Lou; and her brothers, Jerry and Gary Parker.
Deborah's vibrant personality and fearless spirit will be remembered by all who knew her, and her legacy of love will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
We'll plant real trees for you in Deborah's memory and display your contribution forever.
