Deanna Dawn Burry (King), born on March 7, 1971, in Badger's Quay, New-Wes-Valley, NL, Canada, passed away peacefully on January 2, 2025, in Cold Lake, AB, Canada. Deanna was a devoted mother and grandmother, who cherished her children and grandchildren above all else. She is survived by her fiancé, Tracy, and their loving family, including her son Bradley (Katherine), daughters Robyn (Jonathan) and Hannah (Lucas), and her beloved grandchildren Xavier, Jackson, Aaron, Nate, and Jacey.
As a cook, Deanna shared her passion for food with those she loved, creating memorable meals that brought family and friends together. An avid traveler, she made countless memories exploring new places, always with her infectious smile and love for animals by her side. Her favorite saying, “That’s just the way the mop flops,” reflected her lighthearted approach to life.
Deanna is also survived by her brothers Roy (Sherri), Jack (Peggy), and Dean, who will miss her kindhearted nature and the joy she brought into their lives. Her legacy of love and warmth will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.
