Deana Knowles, beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on May 30, 2024, at the age of 68. She was born on May 12, 1956, in Cincinnati, OH, to Evelyn and Richard Maupin.

Deana resided in Waynesville, NC, where she created a warm and loving home for her family. She was a devoted and cherished wife to her late husband, Scott, and together they shared many beautiful moments throughout their years of marriage.

Family was at the heart of Deana's life, and she took great joy in being a mother to her son, Nathan Davis. She was a loving and supportive mother, always there to offer guidance and encouragement. Deana's greatest pride and delight came from her role as a grandmother to her four granddaughters and two grandsons. She adored them and cherished every moment spent with them.

As a great-grandmother, Deana was overjoyed to welcome two great granddaughters and eight great grandsons into her heart. She loved watching them grow and create their own special memories.

Deana was also a beloved sister to Dale and David as well as her late brother Dennis. They shared a deep bond that brought much happiness and support throughout their lives.

Deana will be remembered for her kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for her family. Her gentle spirit and nurturing nature touched the lives of all who knew her.

The family will gather to celebrate Deana's life and honor her memory on June 10th of 2024 at 129 N. Riverside Drive, Cincinnati, OH, 45140. Followed by creamation. May she rest in eternal peace, forever cherished and loved.
