David Minger of Weirton was called home to heaven early on October 18th. A loving father, husband, son and brother who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He is survived in death by his wife Patricia, sons Dustin and Charles, daughter Lanie, grandsons Carter and Dyllan, father Charles, brothers Alex, Jeffrey, and Charles, sisters Dannielle, Edith, and Michelle. David enjoyed nothing more then spending with his family and living for the moment. The family is hiding a private celebration of life on Monday October 21st for immediate family only.
