Preceded in death by parents Eddie and Myrtle, brothers Walter, Alvin, Carl, Kenneth, Charles, Eddie, and Harold, and sisters Irene Rupel and Thelma Hook. Survived by wife Jean, sister Ruth Turner, brothers Donald and Richard, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends
Helped the Korean community, Korean Association of Columbia, and Korean Senior Citizens Association
Funeral services held at Greenlawn Funeral Home Chapel, interment with full military honors at Fort Jackson National Cemetery
David's wife Jean thanked doctors, nurses, staffs, and social workers at Palmetto Health Baptist Hospital, hospice staff, Greenlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home staffs, Fort Jackson Military Personnel, and Attorney and Counselor at Law, Johnny E. Watson, as well as friends for their prayers and support.
