David John Payne, born on July 26, 1962, in Fort Frances, ON, Canada, was a beloved resident of Winnipeg, MB. David's favorite pastime was driving around, taking in the sights and sounds of the city. He had a particular fondness for hot wings, and his taste in music included bands like The Cars, Cheap Trick, Trooper, and Boston.

As an appliance technician, David had a successful career, utilizing his skills to help others. However, his true joy came from spending time with his grandchildren. Nothing brought him more happiness than watching them grow and thrive.
