David Cadenas-Guevara, of Oxford, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2023, at the age of 41. David was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and worked for Rosendahl Enterprises. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting. David will be remembered as a loving, kind family man, and a great father to his son, Aiden.

Survivors include his wife, Taylor Lynn Cadenas; son, Aiden Cadenas; parents, Heladio and Liboria Cadenas; sisters, Maria Azucena Cadenas-Guevara, Jhovana Cadenas (Daniel); brothers, Pedro Cadenas-Guevara, Gabriel Cadenas-Guevara, Erick Omar Cadenas-Guevara; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Catholic Funeral Rites Ceremony for David will be held Saturday, January 21, 2023, 10:00 A.M., at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Rev. Cyriac Mattathilanickal officiating. Interment will be held in Cuernaeaca, Morelos, Mexico. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home, Wednesday January 19, from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M., with a Rosary Service beginning at 5:30 P.M.
