David Barajas, beloved husband, father, and brother, passed away peacefully on July 8, 2024, at the age of 91. He was born on January 21, 1933, in Santa Paula, CA, to his loving parents.

David spent most of his life in Modesto and Riverbank, CA, where he created lasting memories with his family and friends. He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Eleanor, and together they shared a beautiful life filled with love and laughter.

David had a deep passion for classic Westerns, and his evenings were often spent watching his favorite TV show, Gunsmoke. He also had a great love for sports, particularly football and baseball, and enjoyed cheering on his favorite teams the Las Vegas Raiders and the San Francisco Giants.

In addition to his cherished wife, Eleanor, David leaves behind a loving family. He was a proud father to his daughter, adopted son and stepchildren, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren who brought immense joy to his life. David also had a special bond with his sister, whose presence brought him comfort and happiness.

David Barajas will be remembered for his kind and gentle spirit, his unwavering love for his family, and his cheerful demeanor. He will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

A private memorial service will be held to honor David's memory. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to a charity of your choice in David's name.
