David B. Windsor, age 63, passed away on May 14, 2026, in Chicago, IL. He is survived by his father, Jose Roldan; his siblings, Maria Hernandez, Jocelyn Drown, Doris Williams-Roldan, Jose Jr. Roldan, Steven Roldan, and Diana Brown; his children, Michael Windsor and Sarah Robins; and his grandchildren. A celebration of his life will be held in Rochester, Ny on May 18, 2026, with arrangements held by the family.
