He had a profound love for the outdoors, finding joy in hunting, fishing, and barbecuing. Darius was not only passionate about nature but also dedicated to his work; he proudly founded his own construction company, showcasing his determination and entrepreneurial spirit. Darius was a loving partner to Alexander Wright and was deeply devoted to his family. He is survived by his mother, Krystal Wheeler; stepfather, Lance Wheeler; father, Tyler Starks; grandparents, Larry and Linda Payne; brothers, Devin Fleming, Deonta Fleming, and Lance Wheeler Jr.; and sister, Jaden Sutton. His family will forever remember his warmth, willingness to help others, and the laughter that filled every room he entered.
