Curtis Andrew Carlton, also known as Andy, passed away on May 23, 2024, at the age of 62. He was born on August 29, 1961, in Plant City, FL, but he spent most of his life in White Springs and Live Oak, FL.

Andy graduated from Suwannee High School in 1980. Professionally, Andy retired from Winn-Dixie and then later retired from Walmart. He then was a successful business owner, founding Andy Carlton LLC, a janitorial service company. He took great pride in running his own business and providing for his family.

Andy is proceeded in death by his dad Rev. Curtis M. Carlton, and his sister Tammy Buda.

Andy is survived by his mother, Lois Carlton, his son Curtis E Carlton, his daughter Breanna Dicks, his 3 granddaughtersCamellia (Cami), Elowen (Ellie), and Sylvia (Sage), his brother-in-law Joe Buda, his nieces Krista Buda (Tristan), BrittaneyBasak (Daniel), and his great nieces Adleigh and Camlin (Cami) Basak, and close family friends Kenneth Jett and Debbie Stitt.

Andy's proudest accomplishments were raising his daughter, Breanna, and his son, Curtis. He cherished the time he spent with them, along with his granddaughters Cami, Ellie, and Sage. Their happiness and well-being meant the world to him.  

Andy leaves behind a family who loved him dearly. His funny and loving personality, his passion for life, and his unwavering presence in the lives of those he cared for will be deeply missed. Andy touched the lives of his loved ones in immeasurable ways. He will be remembered as a devoted father, a doting grandfather, and a loyal friend.
