His work was second nature to him. He was able to connect with anyone. He knew his all employees and could tell you anything about them. He had compassion for employees, inmates and homeless people yet was firm with them, earning their respect.
Clifford Lee Beaulieu Sr., born on August 23, 1974, in Champaign-Urbana, IL, passed away on January 11, 2025, in Louisville, KY. He was a dedicated husband to Tracy Beaulieu for over 21 years and a loving father to Samantha Beaulieu, Rebecca Beaulieu, Tristin Beaulieu, Clifford Beaulieu Jr., and Julia Beaulieu.
Clifford was known for his deep compassion and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. He worked as a deputy jailer and in various security roles, eventually becoming a Chief of Operations and establishing his own security company. He was OSHA certified and took pride in his professional accomplishments, including writing a handbook and developing training for his employees. As a volunteer firefighter, his proudest achievement was earning his Level 1 firefighter certification, showcasing his commitment to making a difference in his community.
A lover of music, Clifford enjoyed a wide variety of genres, including country, Christian, 80s and 90s hits, modern pop, rock, alternative, rap, and heavy metal. He found joy in watching police dramas, comedies, and sci-fi docu-dramas, and was a fan of action-adventure and military films, as well as Hallmark movies.
Clifford is survived by his wife, children, father Eugene Beaulieu, and siblings Maryanne Houseman, John Rhoads, and Catherine Arnold. His legacy of kindness, respect, and dedication to helping others will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
