Clayton led a fulfilling life, dedicating his professional career to the Navy and then as a jet mechanic at Delta airlines. His passion for mechanics extended beyond his work, as he also enjoyed riding motorcycles and tinkering with engines in his free time. He had a remarkable talent for playing the guitar and would often entertain his loved ones with his music.
Family was of utmost importance to Clayton, and he treasured the time spent with his children and grandchildren. He leaves behind his three children,Eddie Franklin Sr, Tamra Kittle, and Alison Baldwin and his beloved grandchildren, Eddie Franklin Jr, Brandon Franklin, Sarah Franklin, Hayley Franklin, Allen kittle, and Jason Baldwin, who will forever cherish the memories and lessons shared with their loving grandfather.
One of Clayton's greatest joys in life was playing with his great-grandchildren. He had a special way of bringing smiles to their faces and creating lasting bonds that will be remembered with fondness.

The family will receive guests for a celebration of life ceremony on Saturday March 16 at 4PM at the residence of Mr. Eddie Franklin Sr.
