He was born on November 28, 1949, to Clarence and Theresa Griffin in New Waterford, Nova Scotia. He had 10 siblings - John, Helen (predeceased), Theresa(predeceased), Patrick, Caramel (predeceased), Tony, Mary (predeceased), Thomas, Michael and Kenneth. Clarence was a loving Father, he had 4 children, Hugh (47), Hollie (45), Kevin (38), Amber (34), as well as 4 Grandchildren - Claire (2), Benson (3), Caleb (13), & Emily (16), and Friend to many. He was always there if you needed a helping hand.

Clarence spent a good portion of his life dedicated to working for BNSF (Burlington Nothern Santa Fe Railway) as a Structures Foreman (40+ years.)

Clarence loved going on vacations, especially to Las Vegas in his later years with his youngest daughter Amber. He could always be found planning their next trip.

He volunteered his time on his Strata Counsel and valued the friendships he created at Wheatcroft Manor in doing so. He will be greatly cherished and missed.

There will be no service for Clarence at his request. In lieu of flowers or celebrations, Clarence wished rather to consider a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society in his Honor.

“Peacefully sleeping, resting at last, His weary trials and troubles are past, In silence he suffered, in patience he bore, Til God called him home to suffer no more"
