Mrs. Cindy Kay Garcia, 64, of Snyder, TX, passed away Monday, April 15, 2024, at Cogdell Memorial Hospital. A memorial service for Mrs. Garcia will be held 2 PM Friday, April 19, 2024, with Reverend Danny Williams Officiating at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Cindy Garcia was born on October 11, 1959, to Dale and Judith (Dunn) Swigert in Roswell, NM. Cindy married Guadalupe Silva, Jr. She worked at Snyder Oaks Nursing home as a nurse aid for many years. Mrs. Garcia was a very loving and caring person, who loved her grandchildren.
