Chris loved his cat Chubs although he found out he really is a she.
Christopher Allen King, affectionately known as Chris or "Donkey," was born on August 20, 1992, in Lamar, Missouri. He passed away unexpectedly on October 21, 2023, at his home in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, at the age of 31 due to a seizure.
Chris was a cherished son, father, and fiancé. He is survived by his loving fiancé, Sheila Ann Smith, with whom he shared a deep and meaningful bond. He was the beloved son of James Dale King and Dawn Lynn Ballard. Chris leaves behind his two children, Jaime Lynn King and Christopher Allen King Jr., as well as a stepson he was in the process of adopting, Caleb Neal Koon. His family and friends will forever remember him for his warmth and unwavering love.
A dedicated professional, Chris took immense pride in his work, particularly enjoying his time with his company. His passion for painting was evident in his work, and he was known for his artistic talent and commitment. His colleagues, who were also his close friends, will miss his presence and camaraderie.
Chris had a profound love for his family and often spoke of them with great affection. He missed his children dearly and cherished the moments he spent with them. His relationship with Sheila was a source of joy and fulfillment, and their engagement was a testament to their deep connection and love.
Chris's life was marked by his infectious smile and positive spirit, which he maintained even during challenging times in his life. His memory will be treasured by all who knew him, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of his loved ones.
