Christie Lee Griffin, known affectionately as Kiki, passed away on July 16, 2024, at the age of 71 in Silsbee, TX. She was born on August 16, 1952, and lived a life filled with love and joy.

Christie's favorite pastime was spending time with her beloved family. She cherished family vacations and treasured every moment they spent together. Being surrounded by her loved ones brought her immense happiness.


Christie's favorite scripture, Luke 1:37 "Nothing is impossible with God," served as a guiding light in her life, reminding her of the strength and faith she possessed.

Christie was married to Robert (Bob) Griffin, they shared a wonderful life together for almost 47 years, filled with love and memories. She is survived by her children, John Griffin and his spouse Shani Griffin, Jason Griffin and his spouse Bebe Griffin, Jeremie Griffin and his significant other Krista Hunter, Kari McGallion and her spouse Chris McGallion, and Kim Kink and her spouse Steve Kink.

In addition to her children, Christie leaves behind a legacy of love in her grandchildren, including Lottie Atkins and her spouse Charlie Atkins, their son Archer, Brayden Griffin, Brayli Whitfield and her spouse Conner Whitfield, and their sons Barrett and Briggs, Natalee Kunk, Logan McGallion, Griffin Kunk, and Mason McGallion. Her dogs Sawyer and Si also held a very special place in her heart.

Christie will be remembered for her infectious laughter, her uplifting spirit, and her unwavering love for her family. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.

A memorial service for her will be held at a later date and time to be announced.

Rest in peace, dear sweet Kiki. Your light will continue to shine brightly in the lives of all those who were fortunate enough to know and love you.
