Cheryl Ann Dempsey, lovingly known as Nini and mom, passed away on May 12, 2024, at the age of 77. She was born on August 28, 1946, in Mobile, Alabama and most recently resided in La Porte, Texas.
Cheryl had a passion for her fur babies, spending time with family, and solving puzzles. She had an undeniable love for Hershey bars and always had one nearby. Cheryl had a remarkable talent with numbers, making her adept at her profession in accounts payable.
Family meant everything to Cheryl, and she cherished every moment spent with her loved ones. She leaves behind her daughter, Kellie Myers, and son, Glen Gripon. Additionally, she was blessed with two grandsons, Benjamin Woods and John Myers.
Cheryl had a heart of gold and was known for her kind and gentle nature. She lived by the motto "it is what it is" and faced life's challenges with grace and resilience. Her strong Baptist faith was a guiding force in her life.
Cheryl Ann Dempsey will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Her memory will be cherished forever, and her legacy of love and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. May she rest in eternal peace.
