Charles Mike Latimer, known affectionately as Big Mike or Hulkster, passed away on February 4, 2025, in Douglas, Georgia, at the age of 48. Born on March 12, 1976, in Duval County, Florida, he enjoyed a life filled with adventure and passion for the outdoors.

Charles was a dedicated concrete contractor, renowned for his craftsmanship and work ethic. He took great pride in his profession, leaving a lasting impact on those he worked with and the community he served.

He was a devoted father to three daughters: Haleigh Plemmons, Aryal Massimini, and Brianna Joyner, and a loving stepfather to Victor Shaffer and Bubba Trouille. Charles was also a proud grandfather of two beautiful girls, Mercy Mae and Liberty Leigh, who brought him immense joy.

An outdoor enthusiast, Charles loved spending time at mudbogs and floating on the river. His spirit was further fueled by his unwavering support for the Georgia Bulldogs and his admiration for The Incredible Hulk.
