In Loving Memory of Chantelle Tustin
1986 – 2025
With broken hearts and deep gratitude for her life, we announce the passing of Chantelle Tustin, who left this world on April 26th 2025 at the age of 38, Chantelle was a woman of extraordinary strength, fierce love, and unwavering courage — a true warrior whose legacy will live on in every heart she touched.
Born to Judy Hart and Kent Tustin, Chantelle was a light in her family's life from the very beginning. She shared a lifelong bond with her brother, Chris Tustin, and carried with her the values of resilience, honesty, and compassion that would shape everything she did.
Chantelle was first and foremost a devoted mother. Her daughters — Gracie Simpson (18), Kendra Simpson (15), and Savannah Holmes (18), whom she loved as her own — were her entire world. They were her strength, her motivation, and her greatest accomplishment. Every day, she fought for them, and every day, she showed them what unconditional love truly meant.
Throughout her life, Chantelle faced battles many never saw — including a long and difficult struggle with addiction. She confronted her challenges with bravery and honesty, never pretending to be anything other than human. Through it all, she remained determined to heal, to grow, and to live for her girls. In recent years, she began to find the light at the end of the tunnel, discovering moments of peace and clarity that reflected her relentless spirit.
As if that weren’t enough, Chantelle later faced another devastating battle: cancer. Once again, she met it with the same courage, grace, and fight that defined her life. Even in pain, she radiated strength. Even in fear, she kept loving, laughing, and holding on to hope.
Chantelle was the kind of person who left a mark on everyone she met — bold, beautiful, unfiltered, and deeply caring. She was a safe place for many, always offering her heart, even when it was broken. Her laughter could fill a room, and her presence made others feel seen and loved.
Though her time here was far too short, Chantelle’s spirit will live on in her daughters, in the family that loved her fiercely, and in every person who carries forward the lessons she taught about love, strength, and never giving up.
Rest now, Chantelle. Your fight is over, but your love and strength will live on forever.
We'll plant real trees for you in Chantelle's memory and display your contribution forever.
