Casie Leigh Confer Owens, known affectionately as Case, passed away on August 18, 2024, just shy of her 45th birthday. Born on August 31, 1979, in Media, PA, she most recently resided in Pawleys Island, SC.

Casie was a woman of simple pleasures, finding joy in favorite foods like chicken tenders and the music of her cherished artists, particularly reminiscing with the sounds of "Brown Eyed Girl." She had a deep love for film, enjoying classics such as "Footloose," "Dirty Dancing," and "Dazed and Confused."

Her greatest joy came from spending time with her daughter, Hayleigh, whom she considered her proudest accomplishment. Casie also adored her "rotten little dog," Junior, who brought her endless companionship.

Professionally, she dedicated many years to working at various banks and pharmacies until illness made it difficult for her to continue. Despite her challenges, Casie remained a pillar of support for those she loved, always eager to uplift and encourage them in their pursuits.

Casie is survived by her daughter, Hayleigh Owens; her parents, Chester and Phyllis Confer; her siblings, Cyndi and Chet; and her beloved nieces and nephews, Kenzie, Tre, Jacob, Cole, and Sophie. With her reserved demeanor, infectious laugh, and honest curiosity about the lives of others, Casie leaves behind cherished memories and a lasting impact on all who knew her.
