Carol Lynn Dawson

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Carol Lynn Dawson, who left this world peacefully on August 2, 2025, at the age of 73. A beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Carol’s warmth, kindness, and unwavering strength touched all who knew her.

Born on March 3, 1952, Carol lived a life grounded in love, compassion, and service to others. She was known for her generous spirit, her ability to make everyone feel at home, and her quiet wisdom. Whether through a warm meal, a thoughtful word, or her steady presence, Carol had a special way of making the world a better place.

Carol dedicated her life to her family, who meant everything to her. She is survived by her husband Randy Dawson of Poca Wv. Ethel Rucker of Charleston WV,  Harley Comer of Charleston Wv

A celebration of Carol’s life will be held on 08/08/2025 at 2pm at Ashville, North Carolina, with a viewing at Emanuel Moldovian Church
