Candace Elaine Van Antwerp, known to her loved ones as Candi, passed away on July 4, 2024, at the age of 62. She was born on December 1, 1961, in Berrien Springs, Michigan, and was a resident of Dowagiac, Michigan at the time of her passing.

Candi was a beloved mother and grandmother, leaving behind her son, Ross Parris, and her daughter, Raeanna Sheline. She adored her grandchildren, Ryleigh, Zech, and Eli, and cherished the time they spent together.

Candi is survived by her mother, Ardith Shepard, who will always carry her memory in her heart. She also leaves behind her sisters, Michelle Johnson and Kimberly Blentlinger. Along with many cousins and extended family.

Candi will be remembered for her warm smile, her kind heart, and her unwavering love for her family. She had a vibrant spirit that touched the lives of those around her. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
