Candace A. Price was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to Ernest and Juanita Price on November 22nd 1963

She attended Indianapolis Public School later obtaining her high-school equivalency.

She wore many hats worked as a CNA, prior to her illness she worked with IndyGo.

Candy as called by all that knew her, was a loving and compassionate person. She loved the Lord and believed in the power of prayer. Candy brought joy to all She encountered.

Candy enjoyed fishing, overnight camping, traveling and many other activities with family and friends.

Candace A. Price - peacefully entered eternal rest on Thursday July 24th, 2025 at the age of 61. She was preceded in death by her beloved brother Richard Price and devoted parents Ernest and Juanita Price.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory; (son) Quintin D. Taylor (daughters) Sha'Ran Jones/Turner (Leo) , Myra Price and Delia Chenault.

Companions- Gregory Brooks and Best Friend Kristine Johnson

Grandchildren- Clayshawn Rudolph, Antonio Boyd, Tariq Price, Ayanna Chenault, Rawlin Jones, June Chenault Zoey Jordan and Johnathan Parker and six great grandchildren.

Siblings: Colleen Twitty, Pamela Matthew's, Craig Price and Allen Price.

God looked around His garden and found an empty space. God then looked down upon His earth and saw her loving face. God wrapped his arms around her and carried her to rest. What a beautiful garden, he only saves the BEST! No more suffering, he whispered in her ear- "PEACE BE THINE" giving her wings to fly!

Although her passing broke our hearts, she did not go alone. For part of us went with her the day God called her home.
