Gitty was married to Frank Hernandez, with whom she now rests in peace. She is survived by her beloved children, Mike McCallum, Timothy McCallum, Erika McCallum, and Miguel Cunio, along with many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought her immense joy.
She is also survived by her brother, Udo Fraunk, who held a special place in her heart. Gitty was a member of the Leander Church of Christ and found comfort in her faith. She enjoyed having visitors and loved engaging in conversations with everyone she met, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew her.
