In his younger years, Brick loved to race and play music with his band. After his controversial termination of his contract with sponsor, ‘Vitoline’ he became a heavy drinker and gambler
Brick loved Sunoco Green E15 fuel.
Brick loved his own Bluegrass band, “Foggy Racing Boys” more than almost anything. He was also close friends with Symere Woods, also known by his stage name of “Lil Uzi Vert”
Brick Yardley is a two-time Piston Cup winner in 2015. He was also known for his Bluegrass Band “Foggy Racing Boys”
I would tell him, “It’s not your fault. You’re still a great racer. Getting fired does not define you”
Racing. He loved to prove all of his doubters wrong with his speed. He told me there was nothing better than the wind in your face on the last lap.
While Brick grew to love the big city, he holds his hometown, Lumberton in a special place in his heart.
Brick was a sucker for comedy shows. His favorite being “The Mighty Boosh” released in 2004
Brick loved the Piston Cup
Brick was a professional race car that won two Piston Cups in 2015. After his unfortunate termination he used his fortune to gamble.
Brick possessed an ability known as “The Bunbury Effect” causing him to “disappear” to the untrained eye. Scientists are still unable to identify the cause of this anomaly.
Most people assume his proudest accomplishment would be his 2 Piston Cup wins. However it actually is his son Cinderblock Yardley, who has grown to be a respectable young man.
Brick never owned any pets, he said “They were a distraction from the grind”
Brick was a talented Banjo player in his Bluegrass Band “Foggy Racing Boys”
Ice cream was not a part of Brick’s diet because he is a car.
Brick traveled all around the world during his professional racing days. His favorite cities included Los Angeles, Los Vegas, Mexico City, and Albuquerque.
Brick Yardley is a proud graduate of Lumberton High School. GO PIRATES!!
Brick’s parents were Brick Legoman Yardley Jr and Marissa Yardley
After their divorce, Marissa remarried into the Hicks family. Making superstar racer, Chick Hicks, Yardley’s step-brother
Brick had one son, Cinderblock Yardley. Cinderblock meant the world to Brick.
Brick Legoman Yardley III was born in Lumberton, North Carolina to Brick Yardley Jr and Marissa Hicks. Bricks parents divorced when Brick was only 7 years old. The divorce took a toll on young Brick, who now lived exclusively with his father. His escape was racing. Once he reached high school, he shattered every racing record in the book, attracting attention from colleges across the nation as well as the Piston Cup Racing Series.
It was also around this time that Brick discovered his love for Bluegrass, starting his own band known as “Foggy Racing Boys” while his band never really took off, he made memories that last a lifetime. After graduating High School, he signed a contract with the Piston Cup Racing Series. Becoming the first ever full time race car from Lumberton. While he didn’t have a spectacular rookie year, he met the love of his life who blessed the world with their son Cinderblock Yardley. Sadly, Brick’s wife did not survive the process of childbirth. He ultimately did not the superstar career he seemed destined to have, he had an unforgettable 2015 season, where against all odds, came away with 2 Piston Cups that 1 year. After this spectacular year, the future was looking bright for Yardley, however I. 2017 he was mysteriously fired from his sponsor Vitoline. A move in which 5 years later, we still don’t have the details behind it. Following the termination, Brick became an avid gambler, using his fortune he made racing to place huge bets at the blackjack table. Ultimately, gambling became his demise. A trip to Mexico City was the last he heard of Brick, as he was shot dead while playing dice. Long Live Brick
