In Loving Memory of Our Beloved Meemaw
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved grandmother, who peacefully departed this life at the age of 86.
She was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and faithful servant of God. She shared 52 wonderful years of marriage with the love of her life, creating a home filled with love, laughter, and countless memories. Together they built a beautiful family, raising six children and later welcoming 17 grandchildren, all of whom lovingly knew her as “Meemaw.”
Her faith was the foundation of her life. She faithfully attended church every Sunday, finding joy in worship, fellowship, and living her life according to God’s love and grace.
Meemaw was happiest at home, where she kept a watchful eye on everyone—especially her husband, whom she lovingly “bugged” every day. Their playful companionship was a testament to a lifetime of love, laughter, and devotion that will forever be remembered by those who knew them.
She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, strength, unwavering faith, and unconditional love. Her family was her greatest joy, and she treasured every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and loved ones.
Though our hearts are broken by her passing, we find comfort knowing she is at peace and reunited with the Lord she faithfully served throughout her life.
She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
“Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:23
