Bobby M. Smith, born on December 17, 2023, in Baltimore, MD, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2024, in Dover, where he had most recently resided.

Bobby was a passionate musician, known for his skillful bass guitar playing. He performed with several groups and dedicated his time to teaching bass lessons to youth, sharing his love of music with the next generation. A devoted volunteer, he participated in Bass Break Live and cherished the opportunity to fellowship with various ministries, spreading the word of God.

Family was the heart of Bobby’s life; he found immense joy in praise and worship and relished spending time with his loved ones. His favorite place in the world was home, where he created lasting memories with his family. Bobby also had a strong affinity for sports, particularly football, proudly supporting his favorite team, the Ravens.

Bobby retired from the Air Force after 20 years of dedicated service, achieving the rank of 1st Sergeant. He graduated from Northwestern High School in Baltimore and later attended Jamison Bible College while stationed in Dover, DE. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Wilmington.

Bobby leaves behind cherished memories of laughter, music, and love, and he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
