Blanca Pineda de la Cruz, affectionately known as Tia Blanca, passed away on July 5, 2024, at the age of 42. She was born on June 3, 1982, in Guanajuato, Mexico, and most recently resided in Phoenix, AZ.
Blanca was a talented hair stylist and found great joy in her profession. She would often say, "You know what's not fair? Life isn't fair mija," a phrase that reflected her resilient spirit.
One of Blanca's proudest accomplishments was obtaining her American citizenship. She believed in the power of hard work and determination. Blanca met her husband, Christian de la Cruz, at a hair salon where she was starting her career.
Blanca was a loving mother to her two children, Stephanie and Xavier. Family was of utmost importance to her, and she always made time for her kids. She leaves behind three sisters who currently reside in Mexico.
Blanca will be remembered for her sense of humor, intelligence, and humility. She had a kind heart and was always willing to lend a hand or offer sage advice. Blanca impacted the lives of those around her through her selflessness and compassion.
In addition to her work and family life, Blanca was involved in various church activities. Whether helping to set up for mass or distributing pamphlets, she was always ready to contribute to her community.
Blanca Pineda de la Cruz will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched. Her memory will forever be cherished.
