Blake Weston Calhoun, born on January 26, 1988, in Nederland, Texas, he passed away on October 21, 2024. He is preceded in death by his loving grandmother Christine Calhoun. He is survived by his beloved son, Christopher Louis Calhoun, who was the pride and joy of his life.

Blake was known for his strong, funny, and steadfast personality. He cherished every moment spent with Christopher, eagerly anticipating their time together and dreading the moments of separation. Their bond was unbreakable, and they were truly inseparable when they were together.

An avid sports enthusiast, Blake enjoyed football and baseball. He often spent weekends fishing or hanging out with family and friends. He was a fan of action movies and loved playing video games. His favorite foods included anything his maw maw cooked, along with a good steak and seafood, all of which he enjoyed grilling.

Blake's family includes his mother, Janis Calhoun and Step Dad Mark Kuhlman, brother Conner LaBure, grandfather John Calhoun and wife Alice, aunt, Jayna Calhoun, uncle John Calhoun -“Poppy”, and three cousins, Jared and Justin Defrancis, Crystal Calhoun Gray all of whom will deeply miss his warm spirit and laughter. His legacy will live on through the memories created with Christopher and the love he shared with those around him.
