Blake Thomas Tisdell, known affectionately as Blakey, passed away on February 13, 2024, at the age of 31. He was born on November 2, 1992, in Cessnock, NSW, Australia, and most recently resided in Thornton, NSW.

Blake had a vibrant personality and was known for his love of life and light. He had a bubbly and loud presence that would fill any room, always carrying the party with him. Blake had a fondness for tattoos, impersonating TV characters, and playing video games with his friends. He was an avid gamer and particularly enjoyed playing Pokémon, as well as spending time at Timezone with his kids. Blake's favorite hobbies also included going on food dates, watching shows like Dragon Ball Z and Brooklyn 99, and playing footy.

When it came to food, Blake savored dishes like a Big English breakfast, seafood boil, honey mustard chicken, Mongolian lamb hot pot, and KFC. He was also a fan of musical acts like I Prevail, Backstreet Boys, Macklemore, and Pink. His favorite TV shows included Dragon Ball Z, Brooklyn 99, The Originals, Grey's Anatomy, and Pokémon.

Blake's proudest accomplishment and greatest joy in life was his children. He adored his 10-year-old son Chase, who shared his love for Pokémon, and his 6-year-old son Kobiee who is as cheeky as his daddy. His 3-year-old daughter Azriella was his best friend, and his 8-month-old daughter Amaris was his little daddy's girl. Blake leaves behind his partner, Alexa, who supported and loved him throughout their time together.

In addition to his immediate family, Blake is survived by his parents, Carol and Ronald, as well as his siblings Mel, Jenn, Ronald, Lorraine, and Jessica. He was preceded in death by his late sister Ashley.

Blake made a lasting impact on the lives of those around him. He had an incredible ability to make everyone feel special and important. Blake's love and light will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.


Blake will forever be remembered for dancing through life and leaving a trail of smiles and laughter in his wake. May he rest in peace.
