He is survived by his three children Michael Hadley, Brittany Mitchell, Kortney Mitchell.
Billy was a very loving and caring grandpa to 9 grandchildren. Payton, pierce, Julian, Jayce, payslee, jr, lily, myles and Josiah.
Billy has left behind his wife Stephanie Mitchell of 10 years.
Billy was a strong loving caring man who would do anything to help anyone.
He loved to work on cars and be outside. He loved fishing and being with his family.
Funeral arrangements have been made for April 26th 2025 at browns funeral home from 3pm to 5pm with a memorial dinner to follow behind at fire man park. Starting at 7pm.
