It's with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Bianca Fox (Pelletier). Bianca was 47 years old at the time of her passing. Bianca leaves behind her children Steven Pelletier, Nathan & Georgia Pelletier. And her dogs Lala , Dipsy and Delilah.
Bianca was predeceased by her parents Ginger Faye Louise Pelletier (2021) and Bert Joseph Pelletier (2025) and both sets of her parents Stanley and Louise Andreychuk and Albert Sr and Anna Pelletier , and numerous Aunts and Uncles from both sides.
Bianca was also predeceased by the love of her life her dog Missy (March 2025 ), Missy was Bianca's greatest joy and they were inseparable through everything in life, a huge part of Bianca died with Missy when she died and it was a hurdle she could never get over.
Bianca was adopted when she was a toddler along with her biological sister Stefanie Louise Pelletier (48), Bianca had a younger brother Joseph Pelletier 3rd. Bianca also had a numerous biological siblings Chrissey, Nicole , Henry , Pierre , Nikita , Victoria, and Shannon.
Bianca grew up in Letellier Mb and her teen years were a very difficult time in her life leading her to reside in Winnipeg since age of 11 where she met her best -friend Jolene Wilson, their friend-ship last right up until the end, 36 years. There friendship was to be admired , raising kids together going through hell together and succeeding together. Jolene was an important figure in her life who beyond their differences was always there to provide support and love. There was originally four friends but sadly they lost two, Nicole Ducharme and Lloanda Merlin.
Bianca was a fighter, who was a 60's Scoop Survivor who battled addiction and homelessness for many years after aging out of the child welfare system in Manitoba , she pulled her self out of addiction on June 5, 2017. That achievement was her greatest achievement in life.
Bianca pursued her education later in life at The University Of Winnipeg , Biancas passion was helping other to make amends for her choices while in addiction. Bianca was a foster parent in Winnipeg and had a very close personal family relationship with Tara Cameron who choose Bianca as their foster parent. Bianca opened a business with the inheritance she recieved after her mom's passing, Bianca called it Beaver-Tail Kids of Manitoba, the name is in honor for the relationship with her foster Tara Cameron who was a beaver clan , the main focus was to provide support for 2SLGBTQIIA+ youth in care in Winnipeg,. This was something that meant something to Bianca as it directly effected her life and story.
