She had a love for life’s simple pleasures, especially when it came to food. Cheeseburgers “with everything on them” were always her favorite, and no meal felt complete without a sweet scoop of Blue Bell ice cream to follow. These little joys brought her so much happiness and became part of the memories her family and friends will always cherish.
JACK.
She lived a life full of adventure and joy, always finding happiness in the moments she shared with those she loved. Traveling brought her excitement and new experiences, but some of her favorite times were simple ones—spending days at her sister’s house, enjoying family meals, or laughing together on outings. She also had a special love for trips to the casino, where she embraced the fun and thrill of the moment. Family, togetherness, and making memories were at the heart of her life, and those memories will forever be cherished.
Betty found joy in the stories that played out on screen, especially the rugged adventure of western films and the heartfelt laughter of drama sitcoms. Whether it was the classic tales of cowboys and the Old West or the everyday humor and lessons in sitcoms, these shows brought comfort, entertainment, and a sense of connection. Her love for these timeless genres reflected their appreciation for both strength and lightheartedness in life.
She left behind two grandchildren : Tiffani Woods & Darrian Etchison.
