Bert Watson, 70 of Fulton passed away peacefully on February 19 2025 after a short battle with cancer. Bert was a lifelong resident of Callaway County. He was born October 26, 1954 to Joseph H and Marcella J Watson. Bert owned and operated a small automobile upholstery shop here in Fulton called Shorty’s. Bert was known for his love of cars and his love for Music and for the love of his songbird. He is survived by his wife, Mary Anne, his brother Eric J. Watson. Bert had four loving children, Kasey watson, Steven Meuth, Jessica Sallin. Bert was also a father to six Step children including Tedra Mason, Todd and Kelly Gooldy, and Elizabeth and Justin Erbschloe. And was loved by his numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, he is preceded in death by his parents and son Michael Watson. There will be a celebration of life planned for a later date. He will be greatly missed by all his friends and family.
