Bernadine Harvey was born on March 17, 1958 to the late Shirley Burton and John Caesar Sr. in Buffalo New York, along with Siblings William, Marilyn, John, Anthony Catherine, and Step brothers Chris (Doral) and Charlie (Frank). Bernadine attended both public and catholic school, she graduated from Fosdick Masten High School. Bernadine met Gregory Parker at a young age the two fell in love which resulted in 3 beautiful children , Tyree, Keoka, and D'Mario. (Antwsine, Javaughn, Kenneth). She was a loving and caring Grandmother who cared for her granddaughter Tyresha Parker. Later in Life she married Richard Harvey where she gained a step son Damar, and together they adopted Shantel, Raymond, Daquan, Cyla, Mikael, Malian, whom they loved like their own. Bernadine later went to work at Am&A's department store later known as Bon-ton. Bernadine had a love and Compassion for her family and friends. Which lead her to attend Manor Oak Certified Nursing Assistant program where she gained her CNA. She later went on to Delaware Heights, Weinberg Campus. Bernadine went on to finish her career at Sister's Hospital for 13 years of service. Bernadine was drivin by a passion for excellence in both her personal and professional life, she had the highest level of integrity in everything she did. Bernadine was very Compassionate and ambitious.
