Barrington Lloyd Wallace was born to Noami Davie and Rupert Wallace on June 6 1942 in Montego Bay Jamaica. He was the only child to an immigrant Mother Noami Davie later changed her name to Laura Kerr.
Barrington came to America in and worked as a taxi driver and met Barbara Collins. They married in 1970 and had four daughters. Sierraleona, Keturah , Karen and Loretta.
Barrington was a track coach for many years, coaching young in youth and his daughters the Rayettes, Flames and the starlets. In 1993 he started his own team the burning spears taking on the colors red, black and white. He retired as a track coach at 69.
