Arthur William Phillips
50 years of age, and a resident of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, September 19th, 2023. He was born May 31st, 1973 and was raised in South Amherst, Ohio, attending Firelands high school. Buck worked as an independent contractor installing commercial and residential flooring for the past 30+ years. Buck enjoyed country music, playing his guitar and having fun no matter the situation.
Survivors include his daughter; Vanessa (Thomas) Reed of Amherst Ohio; His 4 sons, Stephen Phillips of Amherst Ohio; Conner Phillips of Bedford Kentucky; Grayson Phillips of Bedford Kentucky; Layton Phillips of Bedford Kentucky. His father John Phillips of South Amherst Ohio; His brother Larry Phillips of New London Ohio; his two sisters, Donna Glemza of Louisville Kentucky; Audrey Casada of South Amherst Ohio.
He was proceeded in death by his mother Delta M. Phillips and his brother, Michael Phillips.
