Arnold Paul Schaefer, known to his loved ones as Paul, passed away on August 7, 2024, at the age of 57. He was born on September 10, 1966, in Oklahoma City, OK, and most recently resided in Plano, TX.

Paul had a passion for watching his beloved 49ers and Texas Longhorns play football and had a special fondness for 80s music, with Depeche Mode being one of his favorite bands. He also enjoyed tuning in to the TV show Law and Order in his leisure time.

Paul’s proudest moment was becoming a father to Dylan and his cherished cat Duncan.

He is survived by his son Dylan Paul Schaefer. Paul also leaves behind his former spouse, Peggy Schaefer, as well as his mother, Rosemarie Schaefer, his brother Chris Schaefer and sister-in-law Karen Schaefer.

Known for his humor, Paul loved telling jokes, though it remained uncertain whether his humor hit the mark. His light-hearted spirit and friendly demeanor will be remembered by all who knew him.

Paul's presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
