Arlean Bordelon passed away on April 23, 2024 at the age of 79 in Metairie, LA. She was born in New Orleans, LA, on March 27, 1945 and was a resident of Metairie, LA most of her life.
She was the beloved wife of Donald J. Bordelon Sr. for 60 years and the mother of Donald J. Bordelon Jr. (Tiffany) and Darlean Bordelon Hilbun (Tim). She was a devoted grandmother to Kiersten Bordelon and Timothy Alan Hilbun Jr.
She was the daughter of the late Alvin Kuntz and Lena Parker Kuntz. She is survived by her brother, George Kuntz and was preceded in death by her sister Sylvia Kuntz Ortolano.
When her children were young she was a constant volunteer at their schools and was awarded a Freedoms Foundation Volunteer Award.
She is survived by many family and friends whom she loved with all of her heart.
A private burial will be held at a later date.
