April Knight

April 14th, 1977 - September 21st, 2024

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of April Knight, who left us peacefully on September the 21st of 2024. She was a cherished mother, daughter, sister and friend, who brought joy and love to everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Born on April 14th 1977 in Kansas City MO, April Knight was the daughter of Tami Thomas and Manuel Rivas. From a young age, she demonstrated an unwavering commitment to her family.

Her laughter and spirit were contagious, she had a unique ability to brighten even the darkest of days.

April Knight is survived by her daughters, Sadie Lightfoot of Elkhart (31), Trina Singh of Peru (28), Sierra Eastman of Elkhart (26), Daniella Hardesty of Goshen (23) , Jessica Heims of Missouri(20), Arielle Wendell of Goshen(17), Wintyr Bernard of Elkhart,(14) and her 2 sons, Jasper Morris(10) of Elkhart, and Damien Morris(22) Of Goshen.

Sh was predeceased by her mother Tami Thomas of Elkhart.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to Elkhart General Hospital for their compassionate care during April Knights Final Moments.

Family has wished to keep services private.

April Knight will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
