Anthony Wayne Schroeder, 48, of Arizona, passed away on January 7, 2026.
Born on October 14, 1977, in Arizona, Anthony lived a life marked by boldness, honesty, and an unmistakable presence. A former member of the United States Air Force Special Forces, he carried the discipline, grit, and resilience of his service into every chapter of his life. He believed deeply in personal strength and accountability, often reminding others: “Rub dirt on it, move forward, we can’t change the past.”
Anthony’s greatest pride was his children. No accomplishment, no milestone, meant more to him than being a father. He is survived by his children Morgan Rizzute, Jordan Leyendekker, Jason Schroeder, and Jacob Schroeder, and is preceded in death by his son Aspen Schroeder and his wife Misty Schroeder.
He is also survived by his mother Candi Bancroft‑Cyr, his step‑father Mark Cyr, and his siblings.
Anthony was known for his loud laugh, sharp wit, and unfiltered honesty. He spoke his mind with confidence and never tried to be anything other than exactly who he was. His straightforward nature—sometimes blunt, always sincere—helped many people through difficult moments, offering clarity when it was needed most. He had a way of cutting through confusion and getting to the truth, and those who knew him felt the impact of that rare gift.
He will be remembered for the energy he brought into every room, the advice he gave freely, and the love he carried for his family. His absence leaves a space that cannot be filled, but his influence and his words will continue to guide those who loved him.
We'll plant real trees for you in Anthony's memory and display your contribution forever.
