Worked at Allied Chemical, became president and CEO of Texas Gulf Chemical in Raleigh, NC in 1989, retired in 2002
Enjoyed traveling with his wife, kayaking, windsurfing, and sailing at his summer home in Wellfleet
Held 5 scoring records at East Haven High School, played on multiple All State teams, won 77 straight games and 121 out of 123 games
Survived by his wife, Geraldine, two daughters (Andra Mattaliano and Christine Budniewski), and one son (Anthony Massari), five grandchildren (Lacey and Jack Budniewski, Mariella and Mark Mattaliano, and May Massari)
Remembered as a man of integrity and responsibility, a loving husband, father, and grandfather
