Camping became something he loved after being introduced to it while dating Rhonda. At first he wasn’t sure about sleeping on the ground but inflatable mattresses changed his mind.

Anthony loved YouTube. From the old KungFo movies, car shows, free lawn mowing and dumpster diving. He watched them all and shared whatever he learned.

Anthony Harris, affectionately known as Antman, passed away on January 10, 2025, at the age of 59. Born on March 28, 1965, in Detroit, MI, he spent his most recent years in Garden City, MI, where he created lasting memories with family and friends.
Anthony was the beloved son of the late William Harris and Edna Howard. He was a devoted father to his four children: Alyssa, 32, Miranda, 31, Jared, 26, and Nathan, 21, who were his proudest accomplishments. He shared a close bond with his siblings, including Mereman Howard (Donna), Peggy Howard, Walter Howard (Seana), Wilodean Harris-Pugh, and William Harris, Jr. (Gwen), Barnett Harris, while remembering his late brothers Rick Howard and Perry Howard.
A man of many passions, Anthony developed a love for camping after being introduced to it by Rhonda, his wife of over 34 years. He embraced the outdoors, with inflatable mattresses making the experience more comfortable. Anthony was also an avid YouTube enthusiast, enjoying everything from classic Kung Fu movies to car shows to lawn mowing services and dumpster diving.
His vibrant personality shone through in his love for sports, particularly football, where he cheered for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Detroit Lions. He also had a soft spot for animals, having shared his life with beloved pets, including the late Valerie, Gunner, and Bailey.
Anthony will be remembered for his infectious smile and happy disposition, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
