Anthony Alber Jones SR. was born on April 8th 1949 in Belize city Belize. He was born with two very proud parents, EvandyJones and Hazath Jones. Anthony was the youngest of five children. He went to a primary school in Belize city, and moved forward to Saint John High school where he picked up his great talents which were soccer and music. Anthony Graduated from Saint John’s High school and attended Saint John University, there is where he began to pursue his dreams of becoming a musician. Anthony had many talents, He became a talented singer, he played the saxophone, the drums and the clarinet. That is when he began to become a famous singer in Belize with a band called the Harmonetto’s. Long after He began to travel the world His first stop was Chetumal, Mexico. There he joined a Spanish band called Ely Combo in which he was the lead singer. While in Mexico Anthony fathered His first child Nancy Daniels-Jones. Anthony continued to travel the world over the years to make music with his final stop being Oakland, CA. Shortly after arriving into the states Anthony Fathered his second child Kaja James. Anthony moved around a lot until he felt comfortable and found a place to call home. Finaly Anthony settled down and married his childhood friend Jennifer Jones and together they had four children. Nikita Jones, Hassani Jones, Anthony Jones JR, And Brian Jones. Anthony Left behind 21 grand children and 11 great grand-children, and many nieces and nephews, and other extended family. Anthony Albert Jones will truly be missed deeply.
