Annie Liza Hairston, 74, of Bassett, passed away on Friday, April 16,2024, at Blue Ridge Rehab Center. Annie was born on June 29, 1941 in Henry County to the late Johnny Ross and the late Loleader Callaway Ross. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. She was a member of New Life In Christ Church.
Annie is survived by daughters, Monica Roy and Choneta Hairston; granddaughter and caregiver, Treva Koger and five additional grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; sisters, Delephinia Dilliard and Hallie Law.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Progressive Prayer Temple where a funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm with Pastor Von Finney officiating. Burial to follow the service Ross Family Cemetery.
