A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Annie dedicated her life to her family, especially her beloved daughter Shirlene and her grandchildren Ryan and Tonia, along with her great-grandchildren Jeremiah and Jianni Jones.

Annie was a talented dietician at the Washington Center for the Aging Services, where she worked for 38 years before retiring. Known for her infectious laughter and candid honesty, she was a vibrant personality who brought joy to those around her. Whether she was cooking delicious seafood dishes, particularly crabs and shrimp, or enjoying her favorite TV shows like "Rosewood" and Tyler Perry's plays, Annie's zest for life was evident.

She was also known for her love of music, particularly the "oldies but goodies" and Roy C. Annie was a passionate football fan, and her spirit resonated with her favorite sayings, which reflected her lively and straightforward nature. Annie had a deep faith in God, which provided her strength and guidance throughout her life.

Annie is survived by her daughter Shirlene, grandchildren Ryan and Tonia, great-grandchildren Jeremiah and Jianni, her sister Shirley Ware, and her aunt Mary Hunter along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
