Annie thoroughly enjoyed when Piney Grove Baptist Church came to sing songs of worship with the residents each week. She was of the Baptist faith, and their visit was special to her. Not only did she enjoy it, she wanted to make sure that her friends came and enjoyed the entertainment as well.

She was a resident of Heather Manor Nursing & Rehab, where she spent her final years. Annie was a beloved presence in her home, known for her warm smile that lit up any room and her twinkling eyes that sparkled with joy.

Annie found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved visiting with the staff and friends as she rolled through the halls, often bringing laughter with her playful responses to the invitation of a Bingo game, her favorite being, "I'll think about it." Her love for a plain Hershey bar and strawberry ice cream brought her happiness, and she delighted in the weekly visits from Piney Grove Baptist Church, where she cherished the songs of worship and made sure her friends joined in the enjoyment.
