Annette Yvonne Ross, lovingly known as Netta, passed away on June 11, 2025, at the age of 54. She was born on August 8, 1970, in Rockford, Illinois, and although her journey began there, she spent most of her life in Wichita, Kansas, where she built her home, her family, and formed countless friendships.

Netta was the heart of every room she entered. She was always there for her family, her friends, and even her beloved dogs—Bella, Loki, China, and Peaches. Generous beyond measure, she gave herself freely without ever expecting anything in return, even when she didn't have much to give. Her kindness, warmth, and unwavering support touched everyone who knew her.

She found joy in simple, meaningful things: creating crafts with her own hands. Losing herself in books and expressing herself through writing. These passions reflected the creative and thoughtful soul that she was.

Netta leaves behind her daughters, Jamie and Miranda, who were her pride and joy; her siblings Nena and Orlando, who cherished her deeply; and a circle of extended family and friends who will forever feel her absence.

She will be remembered not only for her selflessness, but also for the love she gave so freely - to her family, her friends, and every animal who was lucky enough to find a place by her side.
